Warn incorporates years of off-road experience to deliver well engineered, durable and great looking bumpers. The first thing you’ll notice are the tapered ends which dramatically increase approach angles. Other features include welded eyelets to mount D-ring shackles and pre-drilled holes for lights in front. Outback a 2” reciever for portable winch or shackle bracket increase recovery options. Both are laser cut from 3/16” steel, CNC formed and roboticly welded for precise fit and powder coated black for durability.

The Rock Sliders are designed to protect your sheetmetal during off road excursions while not adding anything for your Jeep to get hung up on. Made from thick 3/16” reinforced steel they bolt directly to the body and are powder coated black for durability. Mounting hardware included. Some drilling required.

ROCK CRAWLER TIRE CARRIER BUMPER:
Designed to carry the oversized tires all serious off roaders use, the new WARN tire carrier can handle heavier tires up to 36”. It pivots on a large 1.5” welded, solid steel shaft pin which rises from the bumper into the carrier frame. Structural t-joint welds (vs. corner welds) ensures long, trouble-free operation. Polyurethane pad reduces rattling. Includes frame reinforcing brackets.

FRONT HUB CONVERSION KITS:
Hub conversions improve vehicle flat towing and reduces driveline wear by allowing complete front end disengagement. High strength alloy axles help increase front end strength and durability. CJ kit converts hubs to 5x5.5 premium internal hubs. Cherokee and Wrangler kits uses standard flange mount hubs. NOTE: P/N W38006 & 7 lose ABS ability and require new brake rotors.

HEAVY DUTY AXLE SHAFTS: Made of super high strength 4340 aircraft alloy steel. Machined to accept full-circle u-joint retaining rings and allow owners of earlier Dana 30 front axles to upgrade to the stronger 297x u-joint.

FULL FLOAT REAR AXLE CONVERSIONS:
Floating the axles eliminates the axle shaft from having to support the vehicle weight as well as hold the wheels on. These kits use high yield strength axles and feature the largest spline count possible, limited only by the differential. Internal splined wheel hubs eliminate bolts and are guaranteed never to loosen. Other features include spring-loaded lip seals in the wheel hubs and spindles as well as o-ring seals on the hub lock interface. Now sold as a two-part system: the “foundation kit” and either drive flanges or hubs. Drive flanges are designed for people who do not flat tow or who experience excessive driveline backlash from a mechanical locker.
