Each bar is made from premium cold rolled sheet steel and 250 grade heavy wall tubing. Computer controlled laser cutting equipment, mandrel bending and MIG welders shape the material into a structurally sound shell. Additional reinforments and gusseting are then added along with provisions for lighting and recovery points. They feature fully integrated or recessed winch mounting systems (designed for use with Warn XD and XDi model winches) able to withstand the high stresses incurred when winching. Finished in a 3 stage, ultra high quality powder coating for long lasting durability and good looks.
